Originally called Amar Singh Technical College, Amar Singh Government College was founded in Gogji Bagh, Srinagar, in 1913. It is connected to both Srinagar’s Cluster University and Kashmir University. The college holds accreditation from the NAAC with a B++ grade and is also recognized by the UGC. At the moment, it offers undergraduate programs in computer applications, science, and the arts.
